Zamelinjak is a traditional stone holiday home located in a secluded, forested area approximately 4 km from Vrbnik. Surrounded by nature and far from neighbouring houses, the property offers a high level of privacy, peace and a natural setting, ideal for guests seeking a quiet retreat.
The house offers approximately 137 m² of living space and is suitable for up to 6 guests. It has been restored and furnished in a traditional style, preserving the character of a stone house while providing modern amenities. The layout is spread over multiple levels and should be considered when booking.
On the ground floor, there is a main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom without a shower is located in the hallway on the ground floor. The living area includes a kitchen and dining space equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV and a dishwasher.
The upper level features a gallery-style open bedroom with a double bed. As this sleeping area is open to the space below, it does not provide full privacy. The third sleeping area is located in the attic, accessible via stairs, and includes two single beds, a very low ceiling and low entrance, making it suitable mainly for children or guests comfortable with limited headroom. A small bathroom with shower is also available on the upper level.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool and a smaller pool with a whirlpool massage feature (not a classic jacuzzi). Set within the forest, the outdoor space offers a calm environment for relaxation, surrounded by nature.
