House Rules

Welcome to our accommodation units! In order to ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following House Rules:

Check-in:
Upon arrival, please present personal documents to the renter for registration in the eVisitor system. This is a short procedure that ensures your safety and comfort.
Towels and Bedding:
Towels and bed linen are included in the price and are changed every 7 days. During your stay, it is your responsibility to take care of the cleanliness of the accommodation unit. Please take out the trash every day during the summer. Please do not take the inventory outside the apartment. Towels, blankets and other items are intended for use inside the apartment.Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. The landlord will not enter the accommodation unit without your permission, except in an emergency or if a violation of the house rules is suspected.

Property Security:
The landlord is not responsible for your property, but will do everything possible to protect it. We recommend that you do not take valuables and personal documents to the beach.

Pets:
Pets are welcome only with the prior approval of the landlord, specified at the time of booking.

Electrical Devices:
Please do not bring in electrical appliances without the landlord’s consent (e.g. electric grill).

When leaving the apartment, please close the sunshades, turn off the lights and electrical devices, and close the gas installations and taps. In this way, you help us preserve resources and secure the space.

Noise:
Please respect the night silence from 22:00 to 08:00. Behave appropriately and pay attention to the children during the game.

Air conditioning:
In order to conserve energy, please turn off the air conditioner when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the windows open.

Guests:
Persons who are not registered guests are not allowed to stay or spend the night in the apartment. If this happens, the landlord and the agency have the right to cancel accommodation for all guests. If you decide to go on a multi-day trip during your stay, please inform the landlord or the agency.

Damage:
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause and are obliged to compensate for the resulting damage. Please report any damage immediately so that we can resolve it in a timely manner.

Checkout:
On the day of departure, please leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. so that it can be prepared for the next guests. Put the trash in the container, wash the dishes and sweep the floors. Also, please put away dirty bed linen neatly. Leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived. We appreciate your effort to keep the space clean and tidy.

Breaking the rules:
Please follow the house rules to avoid unpleasant situations. In case of violation of the rules, we reserve the right to cancel the accommodation, and the full amount of the reserved period will be charged.

Early Departure:
If you decide to leave the accommodation unit early, you are obliged to pay for the entire booked stay.

Objections and Complaints:
We believe that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they accept them. If you have any objections or complaints, please resolve them with the host or the agency during your stay. We do not accept subsequent complaints.

 

Note: The house rules are drawn up according to special regulations in the hospitality industry.
