House Rules
Welcome to our accommodation units! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow these basic rules:
Check-in
Upon arrival, guests are required to present valid identification documents for registration in the eVisitor system, in accordance with legal regulations.
Accommodation & Equipment
Towels and bed linen are included in the price and are changed every 7 days. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Please do not remove any inventory (towels, blankets, kitchen equipment, etc.) from the apartment.
Privacy
Your privacy is respected. The host will not enter the accommodation unit without your permission, except in case of emergency or justified reasons.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended.
Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval at the time of booking.
Electrical Devices
It is not permitted to bring additional electrical devices without prior consent (e.g. electric grills).
Noise
Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Air Conditioning & Energy Use
Please turn off air conditioning and electrical devices when leaving the apartment and avoid using them with open windows.
Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to stay overnight.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused and are required to compensate for it. Please report any damage immediately.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are kindly asked to leave the accommodation in a tidy condition.
Early Departure
In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation may be charged, unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints
If you have any concerns, please inform the host or the agency during your stay so that the issue can be resolved promptly.
Violation of Rules
In case of serious violation of house rules, the host or agency reserves the right to terminate the stay.
