Grandić is a two-bedroom apartment located in an exceptional seaside position in Baška, directly by the beach and the seaside promenade. Due to the unique terrain, the apartment has two different access levels: from the seaside it appears to be on a higher floor, while from the upper side, where the entrance is located, it is accessed at ground-floor level, directly from the pedestrian path leading towards the old part of Baška.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests and features two separate bedrooms, both furnished with double beds, making it ideal for families or small groups.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, and a living area. A washing machine is also available for guests’ use. During the winter months, the apartment is heated by a pellet stove, providing a warm and comfortable stay.
